This little wood is on base near where we live & every time I drive to or from the main gate, I pass this spot. Earlier in the year when the sun wasn’t so far south this place was positively glowing during the “golden hour” before sunset every day. When I first saw it, I had a picture in my mind of this exact photoshoot.
After months of dreaming, I finally got to do this shoot this past Friday. The golden hour these days isn’t quite a glowy as it used to be, but the light was still gorgeous and Nora & Grace were the perfect little models for this shoot. It turned out exactly as I envisioned!
After the shoot I had a few additional ideas of shots I wish I had captured, but in spite of that I’m so pleased with what we got.
